Can you show me how to operate a swimming pool?
We provide an instructional walk-through of the entire pool during the inspection meeting, and also attach some basic pool care guide to the report.
Can you tell me how much the repairs might cost?
In most cases, yes, we can attach an additional form that will asses the cost of any repairs that we find were necessary or required.
Can you recommend a company for the repairs?
Only if we have an established relationship with a quality pool company in that area at the time.
Can you repair the pool?
We do not provide any repair services. We do make recommendations to any necessary or required repairs or violations.
What if I can’t attend the inspection meeting?
If you can not attend the inspection meeting we can meet with your liaison or realtor, even the home inspector and provide all the information you need.
How fast can you schedule a pool inspection?
A typical inspection appointment can be made within 48 hrs and up to 3 days to the day of inspection.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit or debit card payments and cashier’s checks at the time the inspection appointment is scheduled.
How do you deliver inspection reports?
Our reports are generated on-site either by hand, tablet or phone and a digital copy including photos with all details sent to your email.
How long do you hold inspection records?
We hold residential pool inspection records for 12 months, and commercial pool inspection we hold for 24 months.
How much does a pool inspection cost?
Residential swimming pool inspection cost ranges from $200 to $350 depending on the scope of the installation.
Commercial swimming pool inspection cost ranges from $350 to $500 depending on jurisdiction, and scope of installation.
